He had a rough time of it lately when his owners were moving and couldn't take him and another little dog with them. The neighbor offered to take them in but shortly after the former owners drove away the guy got mad at the dogs and threw them back over the 6 ft. fence in to the neighbor's yard who had just moved. Smokey and the other dog were left there with no food or water for days until ANOTHER neighbor heard them crying and called Animal Control. ...
